Full Function
Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of this order constitutes agreement with the
following terms and conditions of sale:
All transactions at Full Function hereby known as “Seller” are bound to these
conditions. These conditions are mandatory, and do not reflect a lack of
confidence in our workmanship, but the nature of high performance vehicles and
the often non-street able parts made and sold for these vehicles. This contract
is put in place to protect both the seller and you, the consumer, hereafter
known as “Buyer.”
Conditions of
Sale: All sales are final unless
otherwise written and signed by an officer of Full Function. All products sold
to Buyer by Seller are sold as is.
Refund Policy: Without
proper authorization from an officer of Full Function, no refund shall be given
on any returned items -- only exchanges or credit towards another purchase.
Credits and exchanges are only applicable within these restrictions:
- All requests for exchanges or credit towards
another purchase must be made within15 business days of the original purchase.
- There will be no exchanges or credit on any
electronic equipment, special orders and specialized, custom parts or parts
previously owned by the Buyer.
- Original receipt must be presented when returning
any product -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Returned parts must be in the original packaging
and unused.
- Wheels and tires are not refundable.
- A restocking fee of 25% is applicable for all
returns, credited merchandise and cancelled orders.
Special Orders:
All purchases require 100% payment of the item at the time of order. If there
is a cancellation at any time from the Buyer, the Buyer understands that the
deposit is immediately forfeited to the Seller. The Seller shall not be liable
for any late shipments. Estimated shipping dates are strictly approximations
and the Buyer is not entitled to charge backs, reductions in price or other
offsets as a result of late shipments. For in store deliveries, Buyer must pick
up the parts within 30 days or Buyer will forfeit the deposit on said products.
Liability: Seller is not liable for any failure
to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is a natural
disaster, labor dispute, supply shortage, strike, transportation problem or
otherwise related issues that are not encompassed within the normal course of a
business day. All parts that are able to ship by UPS or any other courier
services are at the Buyer’s liability. Buyer will be responsible for any
damages that may occur to the product while en-route to the location of
delivery. All damage claims must be reported directly to the courier of
delivery – not the Seller. Seller will not be held responsible for any damages
or claims due to the negligence of the courier, nor will Seller replace or
credit any damaged products when damage is caused by the courier of delivery.
Please inspect all parts prior to signing for releases from the courier.
Warranty: No warranty whatsoever will
be valid if the defect is caused by customer abuse, negligence or mishandling.
Such implied usage voids and nulls any expressed warranty. All merchandise sold
by Full Function is only covered by manufacturer warranty and is subject to
submission to the manufacturer for their approval of repair or replacement of
the merchandise. The customer will be held responsible for the shipping and
handling fees if they apply. Full Function will also not be liable for any
fitment complications of any kind in regards to any parts and vehicles. No
labor or inconveniences may be included in any claims.
Products: Seller does engage in
selling aftermarket and performance products and Buyer is aware of these said
products and the legal ramifications for having these parts on their vehicle.
Seller is not held accountable for any and all misconceptions or
disappointments associated with these parts. Some parts are legal for off-road
use only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if any part sold
by the Seller is legal for use on public roads. Seller reserves the right to change prices
listed on our website at any time without notice. Customer will be notified of
any price changes before order processing.
